Zamil Steel Construction Co. Ltd. (herein after referred to as ZSCC) is active in execution from 1980 as a limited liability company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. ZSCC caters for the needs of the clients who require a full-service architectural, design, engineering and construction company for industrial and commercial steel buildings.
ZSCC is owned by Zamil Industrial Investment Co. (ZIIC), which is a Saudi Joint Stock company. Zamil Group owns almost 60% of the stocks, while the remaining share is owned by Saudi & Gulf Investors.
The company provides engineering, procurement and construction to clients who are setting up new projects in different market sectors.
How the project ends is as equally important as how it begins. The post-construction and project closeout services assure to the Owner a smooth transition from construction to occupancy.
The scope of work include the design, fabrication and supply of steel buildings; related civil and concrete works; erection of the steel buildings; firefighting and fire alarm systems; architectural materials; and mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on the basis of turnkey contracts through full site management teams.
